The lottery

  The movie is about a charter school that can only have 400 students. Then a school got closed down and Harlem tried to get the school so that they can have more students and so they can have 8th grade to but they cant because they are fighting to gee the school and a little kid is trying to help so other kids can have  a chance. Some 5th graders are not reading at 2nd grade level. The day of the lottery the people were nervous. Then Imena had got chosen and they were so happy that they had a little party. Then the kids that didn't get chosen had to go to there original school. Then one parent had tried again and I think he got chosen. The movie was a little sad because some kids were crying because they didn't get chose.
